Attorney Kimberly N. Rubino
Attorney Kimberly Rubino is an Associate with the firm who focuses her practice on civil litigation. Additionally, Kimberly can assist with expungements, traffic court, and minor criminal traffic citations. Kimberly has been a member of the Florida Bar since October 2017.
Kimberly attended Florida International University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice in May 2014. Kimberly subsequently obtained her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in May 2017.
Kimberly grew up in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and moved to Charlotte County in middle school. While in law school, Kimberly completed externships with in-house counsel for both the St. Petersburg Police Department and Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo. Kimberly began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney at the State Attorney's Office in the 20th Judicial Circuit, where she tried numerous misdemeanor and felony cases. Subsequently, Kimberly became a civil litigation Associate, obtaining experience in construction law, mass tort, and general civil litigation.
Kimberly is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as all Florida State Courts.
